  Up for sale is beautiful silver hunter case PW, dial signed C. Please refer to all the photos/video. – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – -. Size : Approximately 48mm, excluding stem. Case : Sterling silver case with full English hallmarks, inner marked “SE JH 3/552″. Case is worn, dirty with marks and numerous scratches inside. All hinges and catches are all working fine. Crystal : Glass(Not original) and fall out easily. Dial : White enamel dial with. Few faint hairline, chips at center position, few chips on dial edges, few dirt with stains. Gold spade hands seems to be original, blue steel seconds hand. Black Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial. Movement : Key wind key set lever fusee, running quite good but. A little bit sluggish may need some cleaning, few oxidation. Balance with blue steel hairspring, diamond endstone, caped jewels, comes with original gilt dust cover. Overall a beautiful & descent pocket watch, believe that it will be a stunning great and beautiful gem after cleaning and adding back a suitable glass.   Antique English pocket watch, key wind movement by John Forrest, London, the hinged gilt finish movement says serial no. 84892, white dial with black Roman chapters, gilt hands, inset second hand dial with blued hand, dial says Chronometer Maker to the Admiralty, John Forrest, London, mounted in a sterling silver swing out, open face case, the back cover has ornate Victorian engraved design with vermeil (gold-plated) garter motif, the center cartouche is monogrammed in script letters, possibly “JC”, hallmarked with the lion (sterling) city mark for Chester, date letter F in cartouche for 1906, silversmith maker’s initials J.   A VERY GOOD, ENGLISH SILVER, PAIR CASED VERGE FUSEE POCKET WATCH, JS WOOLMER, REEPHAM, NORFOLK c1825N. A good example of an Antique, George III, English Silver Pair Cased Pocket Watch with a Verge Fusee movement by JS Woolmer, Reepham. Reepham is a market town in Norfolk, England. The watch has the movement signed by the maker “JS Woolmer, Reepham” and has the serial number 56113. It is in working order. The case hallmarked with the maker’s mark “JH”, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard’s London town mark and date letter “k” for 1825/26. The outer case has a number of old watchmaker’s papers inside. The dial is in good condition but does have a few faint hairlines as can be seen. The watch measures 57mm in diameter (across the case).
