Dent London 48mm Solid 18K Yellow Gold Hunting Case Pocket Watch. This antique Fred K. Dent pocket watch measures approximately 48mm in diameter x2 1/2 inches long (including bail) x 11.5mm thick. The stunning solid 18k yellow gold case has an engine turned finished and is engraved with a monogram that appears to be “JHR”. The inside front and back covers are stamped “AN (makers mark) – 6647″. The hinged front cover opens, closes and secures properly. The snap on back cover removes and replaces properly. The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals, light spade/whip, a sunk second register at nine o’clock and is marked F. Dent 61 Strand London 26647. The dial is in great condition. The crystal is in good condition. The movement is stamped Fred K. Dent – Watchmaker to the Queen – 61, Strand – London – 26647 – Patent. All screws and jewels are in good condition.
