Adjusted 5 Positions, has a. Hairspring and there were only 1,000 of a Run Quantity out of 177,450 Total Production. Estimated Production Year, 1918. Crown and Stem Winds, Lever Sets and Running nicely with great accuracy, it was service 6/17/2020. The Spotless Double Sunk Dial is mint condition signed WALTHAM with Big Arabic Numerals and second hand at the 6 position. The hand looks good the minuet and second hands showing little scratches. Crystal looks clear with some pocket scratches. The Stellar Case with gorges Ornate engraving back cover, there are no dings, or dents, just faint pocket scratches, the bow and crown looks excellent and the bow is nice and firm. The Case is Signed C. Trade Mark WARRANTED CRESCENT 25 YEARS. Adjusted # of Positions. 1954 Waltham “Gray Book” List. Please see all photos and read entire description for condition. ANTIQUE 1908 WALTHAM SILVERODE POCKET WATCH 18 SIZE 7 JEWELS TRAIN ON BACK CASE. Stem Wind – Stem Set (Even though there is a spot for a Lever). Back of Case Engraved with a Train. Movement reads: American Waltham Watch Co. Inside Case Reads: Philadelphia Watch Case Company SILVERODE 205294. Prices at the Post Office have gone up! Dial is a little dirty and just needs a slight dusting. There are NO cracks on the Dial. Missing Minute Hand and Second Hand. Case is scratched, dinged, and a few minor deeper dings. Glass Lense cover is scratched. Areas on Case that look like rusting/oxidation. Pocket Watch has NOT been cleaned. Like all Antiques, may still need cleaning and/or servicing. 1893 Elgin Victorian Aesthetic Design Engraved GF 6s Hunter Pocket Watch Case. The watch movement looks like it has been exposed to water at some point in it’s history and you can see water deposits as well as rust on the movement in the photos. The watch is missing the crystal. The watch dial has 3 small hairline cracks. The blued watch hands are still present and show some wear. The Keystone watch case is a different story from the watch movement. The Aesthetic engraved design depicts 2 birds on a branch among some flowers on the front case cover and 2 birds with the same flowers with a house in the background on the back watch case cover. Other than a small spot on the watch bow, there is no wear-through to the base metal on the watch case. The back case cover and inner dust cover close and fit well. The front case cover closes and latches well, but there is a small gap. Other than wiping the case off with some Windex and a paper towel, I have not cleaned or polished the watch case. The serial number on the movement is. Which according to the pocket watch database, dates this watch to approximately 1928. The watch Winds & Sets, but it DOES NOT Currently RUN. The case is a Dueber 10k Gold Filled case. The case shows fairly heavy plate wear. The bezel was threaded incorrectly and was difficult to remove. It will need to have the threading repaired.
