  1895 RARE SILVER CASED JUMP HOUR 15 JEWELLED SWISS LEVER POCKET WATCH WORKING. Antique Circa 1895 Rare silver cased split jump hour pocket watch in good working order. The dial is white enamel with black numerals for the hour and minutes with sub-dials and marked Systeme GT Brevete. The movement is a fully jewelled (15 jewels) with a Swiss lever escapement, clean with a good strong tick keeping good time and marked GT Patent. The back covers are marked to the inside with continental silver hallmarks 0.800 the makers mark GT and the number 619138. It is button wind and pin pillar set. The dial and dial glass are clean and clear and free from any chips or cracks apart from a small nick to the very edge of its dial. The case is clean and bright and has worn as to its age with all the covers closing nice and tight. It Measures 50mm excluding crown. Be sure to add me to your. The star of this show is the incredibly beautiful and substantial box hinge hunting case in full solid 14KT gold! The fancy filigree hands are also gold and look great against the very nice sunken dial. The watch has a 7J ruby jewel gilt movement #3479451 in very fine condition – Model 1883, Grade 1, c. Listed as Sterling Variation. Service history is unknown. A professional service is recommended for maximum performance. The outer movement plates are very clean, the movement is running and kept accurate time over a 12 hour period. Movement is SW/LS and does so properly.   Beautiful Solid Gold 14 Kt Waltham 5 minute repeater. Hunter case with nice tight covers. Inner dust cover shows presentation in 1901. Marked covers 14 KT. Dial is in great condition with moon hands. Sharp crown and bow. The movement is a lever set type with gold wheels and jewel setting. Riverside model patent pinion Patented 1888. Gold pallet fork bridge too. Tad pole regulator nickle plates. This watch was made in 1901 It is 118 years old and has been stored for decades in a vault. It could probably use some service. Cosmetically it is in great shape. It is running and chiming but may need tweeking? It comes as it did right from the vault / thanks and you can see a video (not great camera). It is 16 size.
